My crankbait (deep invader) is running waaaaaay too the left. What do I do to make it run straight? thanks!

bend the eye hook the opposite direction.. but a little at a time until it runs true...bill

I had the same thing with my deep invader. The eye was not just bent to one side... It was set in the lip wrong. The eye was not parallel to the rest of the lure. I ended up returning it it R&H and getting a Gramdma instead.

what is the eye hook?


The "eye" is where you connect the snap to the bait. Some baits you have to bend it, some you can twist it. Also, you can try putting a split ring through it then fastening your leader to the split ring. That often works as well.
