On Friday I will be hitting Webster Lake in Indiana for the first time. Does anybody know how the fishing has been? What are some good lures/colors for this type of year? I appreciate all help I get.

Stop by Ye Olde Tackle Shop, the counter guy (can't remember his name) is very helpful. I was there last sunday for an afternoon outing (first time there) and used a couple of his tips, didn't catch anything but, had a nice follow on a black spinner. Later found out that there was a college bass tournament earlier in the day wondering if thats why the muskies were scarce? Suppose to be going back either thur. or fri. Good luck

Double 10s...spanky baits fireballs.

Suckers are going pretty good too.

I fished IN both of the last 2 weeks. Last Saturday, October 18th, DNR was out and checking licenses. Make sure you have yours on you in addition to life jackets and throwable float.
