Location: Wisconsin | I am just about finished with my Tuffy rebuild. I thought I would post some extras I didn't use that maybe someone else may need for their Tuffy. These are parts out of a 1986 Tuffy Marauder. I will post pictures or email them to anyone interested this weekend.
I have the original compartment inserts and lids in good shape ( no cracks or breaks) they do need the latches. The 2 piece aluminum top rail (Gunnel)and center in decent shape, original pedestal bases and posts. Aluminum rear corners that cover the gunnel.
I had to gut this Tuffy and replace everything from the stringers up. Everything was water logged and rotten. While I was at it I updated the gunnel to the new plastic/rubber and the corners with the fiberglass ones. So this stuff is in good shape and decent enough to use if yours are broken or missing. I am not looking for a fortune on any of this. Hate to see it go in the garbage when someone could use it. Just make an offer, trades even welcome. I can have pictures up on Saturday or emailed. I can deliver anywhere from Eau Claire to Hayward. Thanks |

Location: Wisconsin | I actually have documented the rebuild from the day I started. I will be finished with the actual construction and carpeting this coming weekend. I will say it isn't easy or cheap. I rebuilt a Marauder in 1992. But I took this one much further with more customization from a 60" stainless live well to Blue Water LED through out. I will post pictures and details next week, in case people might be interested. Thanks |
