| Anyone use either of these? I think I'm gonna buy the 580...........Good price at under 400 and Its the only cheaper unit that will take the chip I have.
Any good or bad experiances?

| I switched over to a Humminbird 900 series last year, as opposed to the lowrance and the unit has been awsome.. Unfortunatly the unit had a seal problem and went dead this past weekend, too much moisture in the unit. Humminbird has the unit and I'll report how the customer service department takes care of me.. If they have as good CS as Lowrance, all of units will be Humminbird from now on.. If the CS is crap, you can bet I'll let you know and I'll never buy another unit from this company again... |

Location: Waukesha, WI | the 595c GPS has amazing color and a ton of features. Just installed on boat after other depth finder screen went blank and wouldn't come back on. Very nice, I got a hell of a deal on it too for $420 brand new at Gander mtn. Think I got the last one. So far everything has been great.
