I prefer to use a long lure retriever. Like this one.

| The Frabil lure retriever worked great for us last year. It payed for itself after the first two hours of fishing. I would not go down there with out one! |

| I use a paint roller on a long telescoping handle!
I can get down past 20' to free those tough snags! |

| Good idea Fever...you can also touch up the natural look of the original wood finish!
I made one w/ some swing set chain, 30 ft. of thin rope + a round metal thing...you'll see it at Cave Run....I'll throw a Wishmaster into a downed tree 20 ft. underwater, set the hook hard 3 times then demonstrate how it works![:sun:] |
