One of the best places to get everything you'll need is Moore's Lures, he put a link to his catalog on here http://muskie.outdoorsfirst.com/board/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=28...

are there any websites with pictures and tips for tying bucktails to the hooks? i have read some stuff
on it but its one of those things i need to see first. do they wrap some sort of metal around the treble
hook shank before they start tieing on the hair?

Out2lunge on this board makes a DVD set for luremaking that includes a section on tying your own bucktails and spinnerbaits. There's also a guy on ebay that sells a bucktail making DVD.
