I have experenced problems with my pinpoint foot pedel cable conections. When weather is wet this will cause the moter to reset. Would like to know how many other users have this problem. Have gone round and round with pinpoint about this problem and have not got the answers I need.

Sorry Mike,

But I've been using a PinPoint for the last three years and I've never experienced the problem you're talking about.

When I first got my Pinpoint system I had a similar problem, What I found was that the connector just was not plugged in all the way, make sure that all connections are tight and that the contacts are clean and free of corrosion

Thanks for the feedback, starting to think its the footpedal, the conections are a little loose and when it dewy or raining thats when it acts up. Will talk to rep at the sports show. There is 3 poeple with the same problem i have, that i personally know. Two that i fish with, will get to the bottom of this problem yet.
