| Who uses them and for what purpose(s)? I've got one that I was throwing small-medium bucks and spinnerbaits on, but have since replaced it with a different rod. Can these be used for trolling smaller baits? |

| I love using lighter rods even for trolling.I use 7ft. ugly sticks with Abu 5500 reels and 30lb. Power Pro.You can really feel the lure, and the fish.Even though a nine inch Grandma is one of my favs for trolling.Iwouldn't go bigger then that. Most people probably would't recommend this but it sure is fun feeling a nice fish on this rod. |

A great way to take a break or to toss lighter baits. Fig Rig has a 7-0 medium Tooth Tamer that's awsome. Great rod for early spring spinners, twitchers, jigs, and Rapala's.

| GMG,
That's the one I've got (actually the 7'6"). Nice rod, hate to part with it. We'll see if I can find a niche for it. Thanks, guys! |
