What has been the hardest paint pattern that you did? Mine would have to be a new pumpkinseed pattern that I am working on. I will post a picture when I get it done.

I am so not at the pumpkin seed level yet with the airbrush. I'm stuck on Bluegill - lol!

Anything other than the Dorazio "all black" rule makes me fret!!!!!!!

Is all black even considered a custom color????

Corey-
Black can be a custom color. Depends on who's doing the painting.
To Dorazio...definitely custom.

You have a point their Scott!! Would you like it in flat or gloss?

I look at custom from a deferent point. When I hear of custom I think of going out of your way to get the job done. From the Dictionary custom is, “Specializing in the making or selling of made-to-order goods.” Take a custom lure maker VS a production lure manufacturer for example. Every year production lure manufacturers come up with custom colors for the shows. You the buyer were not the one that suggested that color. It also was made with hundreds just like it at the same time. Now take the custom lure maker. Most cut, shape, sand, weight, paint, and clear their baits not just adding their name to the box. All the way from start to finish treating every lure as it is one. To me custom is more then just slapping a deferent paint job and calling it good.
