I have only heard good things about them. Good solid system and will pull a house off of a foundation if needed...

Gregg Thomas has had 2 of them. Close 300,000 miles on the last one I think. They are good trucks.

had (2) Dodge Cummins powered trucks over the past 5 years and have driven Dodge trucks for more than 10 years now. the first one was the 3/4 ton with the loud motor and pulled great with awesome power ..... then i bought the 1 ton dually with the Cummins HO diesel. this motor is amazing by the sound (whisper quiet) and pulling power, but the HUUUUUGE drawback ... 13 mpg!!!!!!! i actually had people come up to me driving theirs asking me about mileage and i didn't believe it til i looked. i drive 60K miles per year with something behind me all the time and my work was actually affected by the number of times i had to stop in this truck ..... so, i traded it for the 05 Ford Powerstroke a couple months ago. got 12,000 miles on the power stroke and like it so far.

boy, if you could have (1) the allison transmission out of the Chevy, (2) the Cummins (with the old mileage) and (3) the ford interior .... now you'd have a truck.

so far i really like the Ford (bought it purely for the interior room of the quad cab ...... it's friggin huge), but miss the Cummins alot (of course except for the mileage).
