| Twice I've parked my rig in Young's Bay parking area and although I don't know anything about accomodations at Young's Bay it seems like a place that could be worth taking a chance on.. I will say that there are many other places in the Angle that not only have good reputations but also are much closer to areas near good fishing areas. If you're going to go all that way to fish LOTW's, I'd first stay at a place with accepted recommendations. Let me say again that Young's Bay could be a wonderful place, but judging on the number of posts replying to your question, I'd look to consider other options. Good luck.

Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI | Staying there this July 9-16. Owners seem really nice and from what I have seen of the resort, it looks just fine. I have launched and parked there for several years and stayed at other resorts. Something that you can drive right up to like Youngs Bay seems to be an awfully nice alternative to loading up the boat with all the gear.
Yes, some places may be closer to some spots, but it depends on where you fish and the place you stay at. I fish anywhere from 5 minutes from the landing to an hour and 5 minutes or more from the landing. It all depends on what you want in your stay. I am sure that my daughter and I will have a great time. Starting to plan it out all ready.
