I am looking into going to cave run this march. And would like to know if you can stay right on the lake, if so where. If not where would you suggest.

MuskieFIRST has an outing forming the last week of March on the Cave. We are staying at the Comfort Inn and Tony Grant's. If you wish, take a look at that and join us, we always have a great time!

Hooks Lines and Sinkers is a nice motel across the street from a boat ramp. Make sure you get your Forestry service pass. See you on Zilpo

No, the lake has all National Forest land around it, no lodges on the water. Comfort Inn is up near the interstate, there is a private cabin rental place behind Crash's Landing, and I just saw an ad on Muskies101 in the real estate section for a real nice cabin for rent closer to Frenchburg. Of course, my standby is the 'Frenchburg Hilton' at www.kymuskie.com. m
