Location: St. Cloud, MN | I was hoping some would have seen or heard more on the new Verado motor that is coming out. A Walleye Pro I know is having one put on his crestliner he says when he initially tested it he says he got 15 mph more out of this new motor then his old. It sounds interesting what have you heard. Location: Huber Heights, Ohio | Seem like the most up to date info is at one of the bassboat message boards as some of those people are dealers and have done some testing with the motor. From what I have heard, and I'm not really up on it as I can't use one on my boat because they are on the heavy side, 600 lbs or so. The 250 and 275 hp are or will be available soon. The 200 and 225 hp will be out later this year. Awesome torque and power that starts from idle and just keeps going, no flat spots in the power. Go to http://www.bassboatcentral.com |

Location: Chicago, Beverly | I don't usually tell people to checkout other websites since this one is always full of great info..but there are a couple Merc guys at the next bite website that I think have used the motor already, one of them being Mark Klossner who I think actually works for Merc: http://www.thenextbite.com/site/index.cfm If you stop by that website be sure to register and use your name...those guys there are kinda sticklers about that.

Location: Bagley,MN 56621 | Ive seen parts of the dealer/training vid and it looks SWEET!! ALso chatted a little with the reps at the last boat show.
This motor just might get me off my own personal DFI kick....if it's performing like a 250 racer, why not??
Would be pretty cool buzzing along with tons of thrust and torque only to hear the water slapping on the boat.
