Looks like an early version of the B&N Custom Shad Series. I may be wrong but the body shape and lip style match pretty closely. Would love to know if you find out more! Have you had success with the lure?

Buddy found it used and didn't even have the lure out for 2 minutes and a big pike t-boned it and cut the line

Definitely made by Muskie Train. Not sure of the exact model but the eyes and paint are 100% Muskie Train.

Looking at their lures like a Tuff Shad or crazy train but the bills don't match
