Posts: 3 | Good afternoon, I wanted to advertise a glorious fishing cabin i have for rental in 2026 and beyond. My family has owned this property for 40 years and I have recently renovated the entire cottage. This location sleeps 6 comfortably with all brand new appliances and comforts. The lake is extremely secluded in NW Ontario located between Sioux Narrows and Kenora area near LOTW. It's a location not many people know about, but its pure untouched conservation paradise and 100 sq miles of crystal clear water. I have tons of photos of the cabin and surrounding lakefront views on a FB page I have created specifically for my place. Current Booking dates are on the page on an album. If there is no mark it's available for that time. The lake hosts deep running lake trout, tons of bass, pike, and some really big Muskie! The lake is crystal clear and there are tons of days that go by where I don't even see a boat during the summer and fall, so your spots won't get blown up very often, if at all. 4 wheel drive is required as its an old logging road to get down to the launch. Property comes with private boathouse and each side of the dock can accommodate another boat. Private parking big enough for 3 trucks and trailers! I'm looking for consistent bookings year after year. Once you experience this, not a lot compares. Link for the page posted below. Happy hunting this season everyone! https://www.facebook.com/share/1CMjBakxu3/

Posts: 3 | You are correct! Pricing varies on number of guests, days, and country of origin due to currency difference! Give me a call I'm happy to chat!

Posts: 3 | But the base price is $140 per night, per person. I offer discounts for fully renting the cabin at capacity and for more than 3 nights. Price is more than comparable to other resorts and rentals in the area plus it offers exclusivity, a private boathouse, private parking, and more comforts than most fishing cabins offer.

Posts: 1648 Location: Brighton CO. | For a guy who's been traveling and fishing the Northwoods for over 50 years, we forget how yesteryears rates for cabins and the cost to travel across the country when gas was a little over a buck a gallon. And in my case staying at my grandparents home on the Lake for free. And all those old resorts that are long gone? And as I watch the Winter Olympics I think back at the miracle on ice in 1980 when the rag tag college hockey player beat the Worlds best at the time hockey team the Russin Red Army. I was a 19 year old college student in Feb of 1980. And in 1993 on the way to Lake Of The Woods I had my dad stop in front of the Christen Brothers stick factory in Warroad. Wood sticks are long gone!
