Just to advise, be cautious ordering from a website called e-replacement parts. Quick explanation, about a month ago, I was looking for a few parts for some of my Abu Ambassaduer round reels. Thumb rests and some side plate decals. First site that pops up when you do an on-line search is this website, claiming they have the parts. When I called and ordered the parts, the service rep. said all the parts were in stock. I said great, and even paid the extra for 2-3 day shipping. Well after five days, I called and the service rep stated that one part was not in stock, and that they were withholding the shipment until the part arrived. The rep then stated they do not know when the part would be in stock. I said cancel the part that was not in stock and ship what you have. They agreed to my instructions but that was two weeks ago. Still no parts. After several return calls, the rep. still claims the parts are in transit and that if I have anymore questions, call Fed Ex. I then found out I have to wait ten days to report a lost shipment, and request a refund. I should of done my research on this website because of the amount of complaints that I read with the BBB. If you had luck with this place, great. I did not. If your looking for replacment Abu parts, my advice would be to order elsewhere. Kdawg

I came across that site while looking or the same sort of stuff.. It seemed a bit odd when I entered "5500", lawnmower, and refrigerator, parts came up, along with a schematic for a 5500 reel. I looked elsewhere..

Only a "C+" rating by the BBB, with a lot of reviews similar to yours.. You might check eBay

I have placed probably 20 orders from there and never a problem.

I have an ABU repair shop 30 miles away in Des Moines. I get reel parts there for my 6501C3's. Glenn's Rod and Reel Repair.
