Location: Oshawa, Ontario | Bought one this summer. Did not use it alot, although I must admit the action is fantastic. I will throw it more in the pike tourny's I fish in the spring and early summer. |

Location: Hoboken, NJ / North Webster, IN | Bought the Charlie Sr. about a month ago. Didn't catch anything on it(or anything else except suckers and Fuzzy Duzzits so not a good test), but the action on it is great. Very realistic....to the point where you'll see it in the water and fool yourself every now and again. I got the brown color and it looks very much like a sucker in the water.
My only complaint(not a complaint really, just different from what I expected) would be that it doesn't stay down very well. Cranked with any kind of speed it will ride the surface...with the tail breaking the surface...which I'm sure in any other season but the late Fall wouldn't have bothered me....and may have excited me.
Hope that helps. |
