I'm looking at the power drives and see that the i-pilot just comes with the remote and not the foot peddle.
My question is can I still hook up a pd peddle to it?

Nope,
The V2's lose the foot pedal with the ipilot upgrade. The terrovas and ulterras keep it I think..

V2 with any ipilot = no pedal possible.
Terrova and ulterra and ultrex all have remote and foot pedal, I need foot controls. Other people don't mind using there hands but I can't take the time away from cranking.

I'm a foot peddle guy too, but I love that spot lock option especially in fall when setting suckered and on windy days releasing fish. I have a pd now but was looking at more power. I like the pds.

If you like the PD, you will love the Terrova. It comes with lift-assist and a spot lock button on the pedal too.
