Location: Grand Rapids MN | Just looking to add a few different baits to the box and have been looking at both the Apache triple blade and the Toothy Saber. Any of you guys have experience with either bait and what blade size do have? My typical go to is a double 8 Spanky as I like the extra weight, blades start up and it's not tiring to go all day fast. So I guess I would prefer to stick around this for bait resistance or maybe Jr CG.
Any thoughts or experiences would be great. |

| For the apaches, the resistance isn't as bad as I thought, but it definitely lets you know it's there. The smaller blade sizes seem to spin the most consistently at the start of the retrieve. |

| I own all 3 size Apaches, and plan on picking up a few of the new size 10's for this season. I've seen an increase in my catch rate on them without a doubt. I like the size 8 the best, but have caught fish on all sizes.
They pull less than my double blades |

Location: MN | I have two of the Apache 8s, and the few times I have been able to get out and use them, they started up right away. I have some double 10s and double 8s, and the Apaches seem to be easier to pull. Your method may very, but I like them a lot. |
