Only one I know of is the belle river marina, lock your stuff up if you go.

There is a ramp on the ruscom at a marina it is right at a bridge crossing easy to find. I used it once when the tracks were closed getting to belle river. It is decent, the difference is there is no harbor so you enter the lake in 3ft of water. Not a huge deal just go slow and follow the bouys out.
