Posts: 114 | SOLD I've got a complete Humminbird electronics package for sale that I just pulled off my boat this spring. Includes two units- Humminbird 997c with Side and Down Imaging plus Navionics Platinum installed (so you don't need any additional map chips) and Humminbird 788c. I had the 997 installed at the counsel of my boat and the 788 upfront in the bow. Both units have GPS and the external gps pucks are included, along with the power cords for each unit. RAM mounts for both units are included. The side-imaging transducer for the 997 is included (which also provides down-imaging and regular sonar readings), but I don't have a transducer for the 788 because I connected it to my Minnkota Terrova to use the Universal Sonar from the trolling motor, so I'm including the cable that connects to any Minnkota trolling motor to use the Universal Sonar. Also included in the sale is the Humminbird Interlink networking system, which allows the two units to share waypoints and gps locations. Finally, I've got the user manuals for the units to include, as well as the miscellaneous installation parts provided by Humminbird. Simply put, this is a complete electronics upgrade for your boat and is ready to go- everything works great. The units have been well-taken care of and always stored inside during the winter and removed from the boat while trailering. They also come installed with the latest software updates from Humminbird. $1100 for the entire package. I'm not interested in splitting the items up as of right now, I'll update this ad if that changes. Located in the Twin Cities Metro, and I'm willing to ship if we can agree on a reasonable shipping cost. I'll take paypal, certified check, money order, or cold hard cash. I have more photos showing each unit working, shoot me a PM or an email ([email protected]) if you'd like to see them. Thanks! Posts: 114 | No I'm staying with Humminbird, I simply decided to upgrade my screen sizes and found a deal I couldn't refuse on a 9-series unit that isn't compatible with my current setup. That's the reason for the sale.

Posts: 114 | Ron, I bought the 997 from Grampa Joe Carlson and registered it with Humminbird on July 6, 2010. I bought the 788 from a buddy and registered it with Humminbird on April 1, 2012. So to answer your question the 997 is just under 5 years old and the 788 is at least 3, closer to 4 but I'm not 100% sure because I'm not the original owner. Any other questions just let me know. Thanks Edited by WallyGator12000 5/6/2015 3:25 PM
