Don't forget about The Bay Of Pigs and Piranha Bay.

My favorite spot is the island with the pine tree on it.

Thats a good spot but not as good as the large weedbed between the two islands that have the pine trees on them!

No kidding. It was probably 25 years ago that I thought that a good name for this big sandy bay with a huge cabbage weed bed in front of it was "Wonder Bay"! The first time I went through it there where six fish from 46" to 52". For years I fished this "Wonder" and caught many-many fish to 53". I guess I've guided too many folks in the mean time and now it's a well know spot, to the point that's it's on the internet!

However, the Rusty Crayfish have taken care of the huge cabbage weed bed, and the spot isn't near as good as it once was. I still fish it once in a while for old time sakes, and occasionally catch a fish there, but it's not what it once was.

Sort of makes me sad!

We've got a spot named "The Bloody Pelican" after this last trip. Pulled up on a bird crap rock up by Johnson's and there was one pelican on it...as we got closer I noticed it's chest and neck were all red. Turns out the neck on the pelican was completely skun...looked fresh, too. GROSS! Not sure how that happens but it's an image I won't soon forget.

Probably got downwind of one of those pelican rocks and it's head just gave up and fell off.
