I am excited about the Titletown Chapter. I believe my membership to that organization not only provides me with a magazine in which I can gain up to date information from but they also fund seminar speakers, youth fishing events, tournaments, and may play an important role in protecting one of the Midwest's newest and most productive fisheries in Green Bay. I think Muskies Inc does a great job of joining anglers together for a voice. This is truely a small investment. One less expensive bait a year and I believe the rewards greatly exceed that of another lure.

As one of the newer chapters of Muskies Inc. Titletown has a long way to go to match the good all the others have already accomplished in their areas. I know that if I need a question answered or if I run into a problem the guys in this organization will always be there with a solution. As was said before you get out of it what you put into it is right. Your not going to run your chapter on the memberships alone anyway. And stock fish. Its just not that easy. As for the magazine it is a nice way to keep up with all the other chapters in the organization.

Thes two words nearly say it all...........MUSKIE SYMPOSIUM. That encompasses an incredible range of the fishery. If you werent fortunate enough to be there, wait for the publication of the presentations/studies. It'll blow your socks off. The primary drive and support of the symposium was MUSKIES INC and its members, some very dedicated individuals as well as chapters. Not hard to see what the benefits are. Muskies Inc international board meeting coming up in the twin cities in early april. Check it out if youre in the neighborhood.

Do any of you Incers know if the Minnesota Chapters still have a meeting? They use to and I wrote an email to the International asking this question but no one bother to answer. Mn. Chapters need to talk about organizing for public meetings coming up on the 48 minimum. Does anyone know when the meeting is?

Any discussion yet on organizing for the public hearings. Is MI in favor of the 48 minimums?

Guest,

Yes we spoke on this. The list isn't formalized yet, but it's coming together. Roy from the DNR was there this weekend and he was taking input as to which lakes we'd like to see changed. He'll also be at our meeting this Tuesday @ 7:00. We meet at the Knight of Columbus in Bloomington right behind the Golf Galaxy on 494. Check out our website for more info.
