How about a water separator.... looks like a oil filter that goes between gas tank and motor.

I don't have a list as long as some, man how big are your storages?

Emergency Fix it Kit includes
Super Glue
Electrical Tape
Zip Ties
Tool Kit
Lighter
Shrink Tube
Fuses
Electrical Cleaner
Silicone Spray

If that can't fix it, it probably needs attention from someone other than me.

Keep me comfy kit
Gloves
Handwarmers
Rain Gear
Clear Motorcycle Glasses for running WOT at night or in the rain
Sweatshirt
Jacket
Cooler always has water and Gatorade
Todd Forcier's Deluxe First Aid Kit (there is stuff in there I can't even identify, let alone use)
Extra Hats (they have been known to leave my head to never be seen again)
Knee High Boots (bad landings and cold weather)
Carmex
Eye Drops

Odds and ends things,
In the late fall, a sledgehammer for breaking ice
Flashlights
Spotlight
Rope

I have most of the above but not sure if we listed spare plug. Also a spare hub kit in the truck (bearings, U bolts, hub, etc. along with a chisel, file and stuff to do emergency repairs).

#1 most important supply....Roll O' toilet paper. I've had to frequent an Island or two and it sucks to use up a perfectly good sock (if no t.p. on board try and swipe one of your buddies socks if you can)

I must agree, lots of good ideas, many of which will be added to my boat when I get home and pack it up.

MRE's are great, as they contain right around 3000 calories per meal. The new ones that have come out with are much better than they were 17 years ago when I joined the military. Eat one of them, you are full and got energy to keep on trucking.

So..........where does in come up with Lydocaine? Is this something that you can get in a drug store, or does it have to come from a doctor? I think this would be great for when my sons get hooked and start to freak out, probably their father as well!!!!

My list includes:
Socket set, wire strippers, pliers, crimp connectors, screw drivers, fire extinguisher, cordless 1 mp spotlight, LED headlamp, LED flashlight, lighter, first aid kit, extra change of clothes sealed in a Foodsaver bag. PFD's, extra rope, superglue, silicone marine sealant, box with bait repair items (split ring pliers, split rings, hooks, blades, superglue). Frog Togs raingear. rod holders, emergency whistle, compass, knife, dock bumpers, extra pair of cheap polarized glasses.

I'm sure there is more but this is the normal load I have in my Tuffy, most of the things I keep in the Plano watertight containers and keep most of it in the bow cargo area. I'm a little obsessive with keeping everything I could possibly need in the boat.
