Posts: 859 Location: MN | I love how they assume everyone fishing Muskie is a Muskie inc member. I don't think they understand the economic impact that these fish have. But if fishing declines people will leave the sport just as they have for other game like birds.

Is it really about muskies eating walleyes? NO!.. Is it really about people boating and fishing on "his" lake? NO! or seeing a big fish under his dock? NO! what is it that drives this guy to travel around, spread false statements, lies, hire lawyers, etc...??? Why is he so butt hurt that he will spend all his associations money fighting this stupid cause???? Has to be something beyond what a single species is perceived doing to the lake that's behind his house. It's about people using the lake that landowners believe is "theirs". When you talk to most lakeshore property owners it's never "the lake I live on" it's "my lake". That's truly what this boils down to. Why doesn't Minnesota have a public trust doctrine covering all inland lakes ? Heck, even Wisconsin has this. Well, at least until the current Neanderthal in power decides to reverse this brilliant idea and make lakes accessible to only his rich buddies.

I'm wondering if this bozo's lake were over filled with walleye or bass and everyone and their brothers plus their mothers were out there fishing them like bumper boats if he would be complaining about walleye or bass as an invasive????.
