I was wondering if anyone had any info on the musky fishing in the North Webster Area. Have the fish been biting? I would have to think all the lakes have turned over by now. Any info would be appreciated. Because of the state of St. Clair Lake right now I am looking for an alternate area for this coming weekend. Thanks

No idea, but I'll be out there dragging suckers for the first time...
I've been told this is the best time of year for the entire area, Barbee, Tippy and Webster.
Hoping to get my little guy his first on our last trip of the year....

We went 3 days last week, and it was tough for us. Fished Loon, Skinner & Bruce. We drug suckers and casted & trolled. . Water was 45*-49*. We missed 3 fish, most fish and bait-fish we marked was out in deeper water, 20'-25'. Saturday we talked to a guy @ Webster that got a 42" on a sucker, the parking lot was PACKED. We're gonna try rabbit hunting this morning, maybe we can get a follow?!? lol

was out on webster last saturday. One fish all morning on a sucker. Saw 3-4 nice sized fish follow to the boat on bulldawgs and large cranks. One decent fish was literally just starring at a sucker for a good period of time before just losing interest. Conditions were real rough. Water temp is 45.
