Location: Wakefield, MI | Anyone ever change the lip on a 14" Jake? I busted one last year and need to replace it before fall, any advice on getting the old one out and attaching the new one would be great. |

Location: Gurnee, Illinois | Have done several, using a dremel tool and a small grinding bit, and small flat files. Somtimes you get the whole piece out by pulling with pliers. Send an email to Drifter Tackle, they may send you a free lip.

| slide a small flat head screwdriver behind it pop it out and press in a new one. |
