Anyone ever change the lip on a 14" Jake? I busted one last year and need to replace it before fall, any advice on getting the old one out and attaching the new one would be great.

Have done several, using a dremel tool and a small grinding bit, and small flat files. Somtimes you get the whole piece out by pulling with pliers. Send an email to Drifter Tackle, they may send you a free lip.

Any luck using aftermarket lips to get them down deeper?
