Location: MN | Tim,
Monksville reservoir, Echo lake in NJ, Lehigh river in PA have some nice muskie.
Hopatcong and Greenwood are zoo during summertime. Lots of traffic.
The good part of your move: you'll have great saltwater fishing: 365/24/7.
Striped Bass, Bluefish, Cod , ling, flounder/fluke, mackerel, tuna. Famous Montauk is only 150 miles from Peekskill. I'd highly recommend to go over there at least once.
Fantastic fishing and beautiful nature to say the list.
If you'll need more info please, send me PM.
