Location: Loves Park, IL | I'm looking at buying a 620 and adding a walk thru wind shield. Is there anything I should know about adding one? Has anyone had any luck doing this? I appreciate any input.
Thanks.

| Yes...if your walk thru has a window in the middle that acts as door way, make sure you leave plenty of clearance between the center window and the right side windshield (drivers). Like 1/2" or better. Mine was originally installed with a close fit from the factory and after shattering 3 center windows I finally had the fourth cut a half inch smaller width wise and trimmed the frame to gain clearance (instead of relocating the right side windshield). I would have them break when I was in big winds like 30+mph slamming the waves. |

| Also...use ss nylon lock nuts on the install and locktite all other assembly screws. The hardware is notorious for contantly coming loose. Unless your a fair weather fisherman of couse. |
