| As of late, I have doing pretty weel catching my share of smaller Muskies (31-36 inches). I did loose a mid 40 incher the other day in the same area I have been baoting the smaller ones.
Question is: I have been catching the smaller one's early in the morning inside and over the weeds beds. Where should I concentrate to catch the bigger one's? Outside weedline? Should I just keep on pounding my hot spots?
I assume where the smaller ones are, the big ones will show up?
Thanks for the help! |

| Tahoe, fish the deep weedlines and open water. You can troll in mn, where I assume you are from, time to cast or troll those baitfish schools and outside the weedline. Good luck. |

| Tahoe,
I've noticed you fish tonka alot. All the big girls stay deep in the summer. They should be coming in soon. Tonka also had a bumper crop of muskies about 5 years ago which explains the over abundance of mid 30's fish. They're a couple inches bigger then last year (35" instead of 33"). |

| Thanks Guys....Treats, I do fish Tonka alot or at least alot recently. Have been getting some good action on the smaller one's. Tried trolling the other day, but to no luck.
Boated a 38" today. I broke the 35" barrier! LOL!
I spoke to guy coming in today as I was leaving and he said he boated a 55" a few weeks ago? He was not at all impressed with my 38" -saying it was small....What an ASS!!
Do they get that big in Tonka? |
