Location: MN | I am planning on getting the new structure scan system, which comes with the LSS-1 unit. I cannot find anywhere if this LSS-1 unit will also let me network the HDS7 and HDS8 I have on my boat, or if it is only to allow more than one unit access to the structure scan. Can anyone on here let me know?
Also, is the broadband sounder something that will improve the HDS units, or is that already part of the HDS units?

Location: Wisconsin | Yes, the Navico expansion box that comes with the LSS-1 can network up to three units. Broadband sonar was available with the last gen units (with a broadband box) but comes on the HDS standard. |
