| with the lateral line discussion, I was wondering how many of you run your bowmount steady, and how many run it in bursts? And do you do it the way you do to keep from spooking fish or ease of use? |

| unless you are fishing waters with little or no pressure you are over thinking things imo..muskies are dumb. they don't care one bit about that trolling motor most of the time...when they want to eat, the sound/vibration from the trolling motor doesn't bother them in my experience...i run mine in bursts and have had plenty of fish eat/hit in the figure 8 with the motor both on and just turning on or off...don't give muskies more credit than they deserve... |

Location: ROckford IL | I had a musky follow a sucker around and I had the trolling motor on, then off, the musky did not seem to care, he just kept on follow that sucker around so I don't think they really care about the trolling motor to much |

| muskies hammer baits next to the outdrive on inboard boats. when they want it ,,,,well you know the rest,,,except when we fish for hours without a rip. |
