What conditions do you guys think are best for topwater fishing? Just curious to see what you guys think... Sunny or cloudy? windy or calm? cold or hot? etc etc.
I have been throwing topwaters and would like to find out more information about throwing topwater lures.

Good fishin'

I prefer a calm warm nights mid summer-fall. Cloudy/rainy days have been good, but fall cool down is when most of my topwater fish are caught. Fish seem to like them near river inlets/outlets too. I've had many multiple topwater fish days in front of a number of inlets on the chain I fish.
There were a few good articles written about topwaters where and when type stuff in EA and MHM this summer. Might want to track a copy of each down. both had usefull info in them.
