lambeau,
does the line level wind move when you are casting, as it does when you are reeling ?
the morrum 5600 i have does not and i have a problem with the line binding up due to this,,

yes, it's a disengaging levelwind.
however, it's a relatively narrow spool and i never had any issue with the line binding on the cast nor with piling on the retrieve.
i'm impressed with how smooth this reel works, i've just got more reels than rods so the overflow is out the door...
