Location: Pewaukee, WI		Bait #3 is carried by Smokeys Musky shop and still is as far as I know. You might try contacting them. I don't know if their web site is up and running. Maybe you could shoot them an e-mail with the photos as attachments to see if they can help you. I have 3 of them in the 5" size, but I can't recall the name of them. I think the maker is located in the area of Pewaukee, WI. Hope that helps a little.
