THe back hook on the Joes wear alittle on the tails, but they will get ate long before they break off from the hooks rubbing.

| There is a modification that you can do on Joes to put the rear hook through the bottom of the body instead of out the tail. I know several guys who do this and like the results. There was an article in MH about a year ago on how to perform the modification. They (Live Action) also have a new bait coming out with a more lifelike body/head design and that one has both hooks on the bottom of the body. Can't remember off hand what the name of the new bait is but I'm sure you guys will be seeing it soon. |
