If you are willing to put up some numbers: GPS speed, RPM's, motor mounting hole you may find there are many on here who have a similar style rig. I'm guessing the prop pitch will be somewhere around a 17 pitch. A stainless prop may or may not help in this situation, but it usually will allow the motor to be moved up a couple of bolt holes which will help speed, and in some cases hole shot...plus the the efficency of the motor goes up since there is less lower unit drag.
Lots of choices on props and taking a day to test a few different ones will definitely be in order. But...one prop will stick out above the rest and in most cases it will be a hands down difference. Everything works well and when trimmed and cruising (not WOT) the boat will just seem to float along...
