I've been trying to watch fishing shows on TV as part of the plan. I find most are not that informative, and in fact are not much more than commercials for the products the TV anglers use.

That being said, I'm watching a show right now that caught me by surprise. The show was obviously shot in the winter because the lake is completely frozen. Babe Winkelman actually drilled holes in the ice, he used a piece of equipment he called a power auger, and then proceded to catch crappies through the hole with a tiny rod and reel. He called it Ice Fishing. Wow. What's next? Baits made out of wood or plastic?

Now his wife is going to bake walleye and use a lot of spices. Baked fish? Incredible. Next thing you know, someone will put a filet on the grill. I gotta go, she's going to bake it right now.

Kevin

Bored with the plan and the wife and daughter went to Gurnee Mills.
