Location: Pittsburgh, PA | I can one up you. A link on the PA Fish commission site to a recipe for "Musky Lobster"
Though to their defense, they have finally started listening to the states muskie inc chapters and there are several regulation changes to be voted on.

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | Management of the fish on Lake St. Clair reminds me almost of the charter fishing atmosphere here with Salmon, but many of the fish are released these days. I don't know enough about that water to make any sort of guess about the health of that population, but I hear it's outstanding despite the apparently larger harvest percentages. Any information sources we can post here? |

Location: Mauston, Wisconsin | Ahh, PETA is out & about (People for Eating of Tasty Animals). Sounds like the Muskie-Lobster would go well with a nice Riesling. With a 100lb'r you won't have to much trouble finding the Y bones.
Have fun!
