| what is the best way to finish your retreave while fishing glide/jerk baits? these baits do not really seem to figure 8 all that well for me but maybe i am not doing it correctly.

Location: Twin Cities | Actually, even if it looks like they don't figure-8 well, they do seem to hold the fishes attention. Suicks tuned to have a butt wiggle do well in the 8.
I find trying to twitch/jerk them close to the boat drives more fish away as compared to a fast '8' or 'O'
