Subject: Match Fishing Official Rules??

Is the official rules for the Match fishing posted on this website some where, or is it possible that someone could send thenm to me??? I am trying to copy the idea but need some minor details worked out. Thank you!

Figured this match fishing idea would be a good way to get all of our members in the Michigan Muskie Alliance a chance to participate in outings and such. We only have one chapter in Michigan and it encompasses the whole state. The Match Fishing could be done without all the hassle of travel.
