What is the weather and fishing like right now, and up until the weekend? The tourney is right around the corner.

Thanks, Bucktail Ben.

I am heading up in about two weeks. I heard that Grindstone was around 62 degrees two days ago. So the smaller lakes in the area are probably in the midst of turning. If the cold temps at night come true, then I would think the bigger water is on the verge. Anyone else know what's going on?

Left the flowage at the end of Sept. Water was 58-59, turnover supposidly already happened. Fishing was really slow for us as the weather was cool then warm the week we were. They lowered the water some more, but things should start picking up now as the cold seems to be sticking around. Still fishing the weeds and edges, seems to be most productive. The sucker rigs are out, and they are having action. Good luck
