Hi,

I had two rods stolen that I need to replace. I had the PM76MHF. I really like the longer butt on it. I hear the 8'er has the long butt too. Whats the difference between the two? Which do you like better and why?

Thanks,
Brian

I have them both and use them both.
The 8'er is better suited for bucktails, spinnerbaits, cranks, straight retrieve topwaters, Bulldawgs and more.
The 7'6 is better for gliders, walk the dog lures and other jerks.

The only thing you cant throw with the 8' is a DDD. If you want a great all around rod the 8'er is the one!!!
