| Replacement tails for the 6 inch squirrely phantoms are getting hard to find especially in the colours I want. Anyone find another brand that gives similar action |

| cut about a 1/4" off a 3" mister twister - stick it on with some glue..has always worked well for me, actually better IMO, easier to get bait deeper |

Location: Athens, Ohio | I use Kalin brand grubs and cut off all but the last 4 rings of the grub and trim back the curve on the tail. m |

Location: Brighton CO. | I add Kalin grubs to a lot of lures, I take a small needle nose priers and come up from the bottom of the grub where the curly part starts and make a hole thru the grub from the bottom up words thru the top, remove rear hook from lure tread it on from the bottom thru the top (so the eye of the hook is on the top of the grub) and reattach hook with spit ring. I do this so I can go back and forth with having curly or regular. |
