| I've secured a room at the Muddy Cow for the 2026 Minnesota Muskie Expo Swap Meet. Since 2009 I've been organizing swaps at O'Gara's, Blackstack, Gabe's, and last year at Half-Time Rec. The Expo has been moved from the State Fair to Canterbury Downs in Shakopee for 2026. The Muddy Cow is so close to Canterbury Downs I can hit a golf ball that far. We will have a room with tables for the swap near the kitchen. The room is about the same size as the room at Gabe's, and there will be a waitstaff person for the room. If a bunch want to eat together, there are booths outside the room for a more comfortable dining experience. Muddy Cow was picked as all entrees are under $20, and the food is good. Kitchen is open for entrees until 10 PM, so no need to rush to eat. Mudy Cow has lots of TVs if you want to watch a sporting event.

PS The food prices at other spots I checked were crazy high. Somehow I don't think this group want to pay $4 each for East Coast Oysters, or $65 for Prime Rib. |

| Muddy cow is two blocks from where I work been there many times. Upstairs party room will be perfect, chicken wings are very good. |

Correct. It is a good time!! Key for many of the swap meets is to get there early to claim a spot as there have been years where it's pretty tight.
Good times, great conversations, and good food too..
