Has anyone found a counter balanced power handle that fits the shimano tranx 400 and works well? I'm tired of the reel randomly engaging mid cast and damaging parts in the reel.

Replace the plastic nub that is spring loaded. They need to be replaced every 2 years of hard use and cost a dollar.

A Geomexus carbon fiber handle will totally eliminate this problem. Makes the reel feel a lot lighter too.
