| Two options I'd say, and it depends on the damage and how you want it fixed? You can sand it all off completely and re-paint/re-finish the lure. Or you could potentially fill the crack in with some epoxy/superglue and maybe put a layer of epoxy or some type of finish over the whole lure. You might be able to touch up the paint a bit in that scenario too. Or potentially send it to one of us luremakers to fix it up. Here is a mattlock that I fixed a long epoxy crack in and re-epoxied it. Here is another headlock that I sanded down and completely re-painted/re-finished.
