| Its great to be in Kentucky, sorry guys but the muskies are active. Over 16 fish that I've heard of were caught on the Cave today. Five for my boat and I'm very glad to be back on the water. The shallow water bite has been on. Fished with Karen and Scott today as we boated a pair of 38's, 37, 34. 32. Awesome day, All but the 32 were taken on the Rattlin' Shad. Temps dropped 20 degrees and the water was cold but if you waited them out they came. I will be on the water every day for the next 2 weeks, so I hope to report to you guys some important info for the outing.
Reports will be on fishing reports page at www.kymuskie.com |

| Zero yesterday, what a difference a day makes. Heavy winds (staedy 20 and gust of 35)slowed the action to a stop, our rattle bait presentation is very slow under moderate to heavy winds.Water has came up to summer pool and is real muddy. Most coves however are very clear but that clear water is cold. They opened the dam up this morning and it's flowing out pretty fast. Word is they are going to bring her back down to winter pool. These are all good signs for a successful outing. Not going out today with this coldfront and wind but we will get them tomarrow.
