I finally pulled the trigger on going to wabigoon. Going June 29th thru July 6th at wabigoon lake outfitters. Think formerly Indian point lodge? Anybody have any pointers on where to start, tactics. and baits that you think are a must to bring? Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated

PM me, please. I fished out of that resort on our trips to the Goon for 30 years.

Was up 7-6 to 7-12 heading back the 20th. We had 8 make it in net largest 48" and few good sized gave the bait back. North side of lake (Highway side ) was terrible very dirty and covered with may flies. All the wind and storms they have been having made it worst i have seen in al long time. South side was ok and much better. Musky action was good along with some mid 30" northern one made the 40" mark. Had good weather outside couple small storms went threw. My guess is should be clearing up more this week.
