I'm looking for some good ideas on how to make a trophy for some guys I fish with. This trophy would be kept by the individual that caught the biggest fish during a specific week of fishing.
I would like to incorporate a lure and probably a engraved plaque. Any good ideas out there?

I would get Worrall wooddorking to create a one of a kind trophy for you guys. They make some really good looking stuff I am sure they can work with you on what you need.

Use an old reel, set it up with a birdsnest, paint it/bronze it, seal it, mount it on a plaque.
